I believe what we have discussed so far is LIFE CHANGING!
Not because I'm this great guru of the health and fitness game, but because I decided to model the best, and if you model the best you get similar results.
Because of my passion and love to inspire and empower the greater good, I've developed a desire to share it with others. I believe it all starts by developing passion (purpose) and get real excited about what you want to happen, (outcome).
Next develop a plan. A plan that will give you the outcome you are looking for (associate pleasure upon your completion).
Next - condition in that pattern that will guarantee success.
REMEMBER ...WHAT YOU FOCUS ON IS WHAT YOUR BODY AND MIND WILL INTERNALIZE
Most people don't fail because they don't have a plan, it's because they don't continually make it a must in their minds.
Don't let your life become so overwhelmed that you lose sight of the all important goal of... YOUR LIFE AND THE LIVES OF OTHERS.
So.... if you haven't been practicing what I call (HEALTHY LIFE FULFILLMENT)... Donít feel like you've failed, just decide to step up and raise your standards... Then... go for it.
Give yourself the gift now, so you can empower the adults of tomorrow!
I have a challenge for all of you who are committed to experience the quality of life that I know you want.
Go over and review your goals each and every morning. This is the time when your body and mind are ready to absorb all the great goals you want in your life. Some of the categories you can focus on are relationship goals, personal development goals, financial goals and business goals, also come up with a want and/or a wish list!
REMEMBER IF YOU EXPECT MORE FROM YOURSELF.. YOU WILL GET MORE.. FOR.. YOURSELF!!
