You’re probably saying,
not another diet, if it wasn't confusing enough
(High protein low carb,
moderate protein higher carbs and higher fats,
40-30-30
or vegetarian)

so with all this variety what is the answer?

I'll be honest with you I’m one of the so called experts and it's been a challenge for me as well.
It's been my goal (mission) to find that nutritional program that will keep me healthy, add years to my life and allow me to stay in the outstanding condition that I'm committed to. It is my belief that the Soy zone by Barry Sears PhD is the diet of the new millennium and beyond.
If you’re asking yourself, why should I switch? Well just look at the Statistics. It has been upgraded to 80% that all cancer is diet and Lifestyle related. On the other hand a diet rich with soy is said to help prevent heart disease and cancer along with adding years to your life with increased alertness and energy.
As a fitness consultant one of my jobs is to be on top of the diets and supplement industry to properly educate people with the best nutritional information. So for the last 6 weeks I have put myself on the soy zone.
To my surprise I have already lost 15 lbs, my mental clarity has been high and my energy has been through the roof. While eating less calories and protein I have created better muscle tone than I thought possible.

It has been my mission to help people and share with them what I believe is life changing information. I urge all of you to incorporate soy in your diet and prove to yourself the life altering benefits.

Live a life filled with passion and love.

Warmest Regards,
James Spicer
