Power Breathing and Nutritional Strategies

Your breathing power can change your life.
Anything in life that has any value requires an investment of energy. This is critical so you don't run out of emotional gas while you are climbing the mountain of success.
Most people go on a diet and exercise program, but thats not always the ticket, diets really don't work. Statistics show after two years most people weigh at least two pounds more than they did when they started their diet.
Most people get un-empowered probably because the first 3 letters in the word diet = die, so they associate pain to dieting right off the bat. That is why 90% of the people don't follow through and that is because your brain want's to avoid pain at any cost.

How do we take control?
Get a plan, like anything else in life, you cannot just hope. You need to develope a plan that works and gets results.
For me I wanted to look around and find great role models, people that produced the results that I really wanted. I didn't want credentials as much as I wanted results, so I found those people and I modeled them.
You have to be careful, because there are so many massive contradictions. One person says eat lots of protein, another person says don't eat excess protein all it will do is make you tired, confused and slow you down, it puts excess nitrogen in your body. I recomend to read and listen and judge by results.

You must understand the power of breath, the bottom line is your only as healthy as the cells in your body. What determines how healthy your cells are is one primary source of your body, and that is your blood stream. That is the environment that every cell in your body must grow in and live in, and if thats maintained your going to have great health.
If it gets polluted your cells will become weak and eventually die. Maintaining and controlling the circulatory system so that your body stays clean and nuturing and not polluted, must be your primary goal. Proper breathing is the answer.
Breathing is the control button to the mechanism that cleans your circulatory system. Not only does breathing give your cells oxygen that they must have to survive, it also controls the flow of lymph fluid in your body. Lymph fluid contains white blood cells that protect the entire body and cleanses your system.

What is the Lymph System? Your cells are like any other living thing, they extract nutrients that allow them to live and grow and excrete waste, like we all do.
The blood has it's own pump and it's called the heart, but the lymph doesn't have it's own pump, so the only way to activate the lymph systems (vaccuum cleaner) is to incorporate deep breathing,and cardio vascular activities, like walking, swimming or running and muscular movement, as with weight training.

Did you realize that all your cells in your body are surrounded by lymph. You have four times more lymph than you have blood, thats pretty incredible. Now for some depressing statistics.
Do you realize that one out of three people get cancer, while only one out of seven athletes gets cancer, why? The key is athletes are giving their body the critical element it needs to survive and that is oxygen and are activating their lymph systems to work at higher levels to maximize the cleansing process. If you want to live longer, have more energy, lose weight, enjoy more mental clarity and purify and boost your immune system. You must realize there is no food or vitamin pill that can do for your body what breathing can do.

I have a challenge for all you walkablockers for the next 21 days (it takes 21 days to form a habit) lets condition ourselves to have the health and vibrancy that I know you deserve. Your creator has given all of us the ability to help ourselves, so just do it. Research shows that this can be achieved by inhaling to a count of seven, holding it to a count of 28 and breathing out for a count of 14, which is the way you can fully activate your lymph system. Do this breathing ratio 10 times 3 times a day for 21 days and watch what will happen, it will virtually blow your mind.

The other element for optimum health is eating water enriched foods. There are only 3 kinds on the planet, fruits, vegetables and sprouts. Lets use some common sense for a minute, 70% of the world is covered by water, 80% of our body is made up of water, so what do you think a large portion of our diet should be? You guessed it, water. If you want to be healthy you need to consume ample amounts of water.
Another very sad statistic is that most people might consume 10 to 15% water enriched foods in their diet and that is called SUICIDE.
What you need to do is to incorporate ATLEAST 70% water enriched foods daily!!!!!! Check it out yourself, make a list of the food you eat in a day, circle all the water enriched foods on your list. If it's not at 70%, do whatever it takes to get there. It's not about working harder to get results it's about working smarter, so you have time for the more pleasurable things in life.

Remember to create constant joy and passion for yourself and others and always push yourself to continually grow.
