I’m so grateful and honored to have had a chance in the last 12 months To hopefully educate and inspire you to take a look at your health and Fitness goals and to push you to raise your standards.

This is one of the statements that I condition myself with every morning and I can say that it has made a profound impact on my life.
LET'S NOT JUST LIVE OUR LIVES, LET’S DESIGN A NEW DESTINY!!!!!
For any great result you have gotten in your life, there has been a Equally great sacrifice to achieve it. You might say my articles seem pretty extreme Especially in the nutritional advice that I give.
To be very honest with you, their not extreme at all, and if you think about it, they make a whole world of sense. However, They might not conform to a lot of standards we as Americans have conditioned ourselves with.
Let's Stop for a second and analyze the state of health we are in.
We consume a large part of our diet from;
1) Junk food, fast food (for its convienence, not value)
2) Depending on what studies you read, we consume 150-175 lbs per year of WHITE SUGAR.
3) Hormone/steroid induced animal products. (Pork, beef, chicken and dairy)
4) Coffee, soda pop and alcohol, which the studies indicate that we Consume a staggering 70 to 80% of these products alone.
It is no wonder why between 60 to 70% of Americans are either Overweight or obese. Which is one of the reasons that 1 out of 3 Americans die of cancer and 70% of cancer is diet related.
If you haven't changed your nutritional program,
Then, LET'S STEP UP AND TAKE CHARGE OF OUR LIVE'S NOW.
You might be surprised to know that most people that are trying to eat well, are eating the wrong foods together.
What does this mean? When the digestive functions are retarded or sometimes suspended by wrong food combinations, the proper conversion of food into vital body nutrients ie. amino Acids, sugar, vitamins and minerals, do not take place.
The reason is carbohydrates require enzymes to be digested (utilizing an alkaline base), while proteins require an acid base. When your body requires both acid and alkaline to digest the food you consume, they neutralize each other. This causes an increase in the secretion of digestive juices to Metabolize the food.
As this happens over and over again, your nerve energy is depleted, the Undigested proteins putrefy and the carbohydrates ferment, releasing countless harmful toxins into your system.
Continued indigestion will ultimately cause the breakdown of vital structures, which can result in ulcers and even cancer.
You're probably asking which foods do I eat together?
1)
A leafy green salad or a vegetable can be combined with a protein or Carbohydrate
2) Fruits should never be eaten with other foods, they should be eaten alone, so they do not ferment in the stomach.
These are just a few of the ways to properly combine your foods for Optimum health and longevity. To optimize food combining, there is an outstanding book by Herbert Shelton, M.D., called Food Combining Made Easy.
